Request deletion of your information

If you have submitted an enquiry to PolicyMaart and want us to delete personal information held by us, you can contact us using the details below. Please include enough information for us to identify your enquiry, such as your name, mobile number and email address.

What happens after a request?

1. We review the request and verify that it relates to the person making the request.
2. We identify the relevant PolicyMaart enquiry information where reasonably possible.
3. We delete or anonymise information that can be deleted, subject to applicable legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution or other legitimate retention requirements.
4. Where information is required to be retained, we will retain it only for the applicable purpose and period.

Information held by insurers or other third parties

If your enquiry has already been shared with an insurer or another service provider, that organisation may separately control information held in its systems. You may need to submit a deletion or privacy request directly to that organisation as well.
